Honestly, before hiring a company, I read reviews, and I picked R&R because of the reviews and seeing who recommended them. In the past, my husband has hired based on "knowing someone" and that has hardly ever worked for us. We had R&R come out to the middle of nowhere, rural Pawnee County and basically "repair" what another area company did poorly the first time.
